Client Description:
Sorrento Home Owners Association is a gated community of about
600 single family homes in Porter Ranch. The community is mostly
built out.
Client Objective:
The board is very active in maintaining and improving the
community. They were looking for a professional website that
would reflect their image as a premier neighborhood. They also
wanted to be able to communicate with their residents about
current issues and events and increase resident participation in
the association.
Both the HOA and the management company wanted the site to
easily answer resident questions at any hour on a self serve
basis.
Their target reader includes the current and
prospective resident as well as community guests. Web Site Design Services

- Photographed community to capture the landscaping at its
springtime peak.
- Developed custom design to highlight the architecture and
landscaping.
- Developed custom map for use at the gatehouse, online and at
board meetings.
- Converted the Request for Action form to HTML and updated
the PDF version to incorporate the site's graphics and identity.
