The Sylmar Neighborhood Council is an official
organization certified by the City of Los Angeles to allow
residents to make their voices heard in City Hall.
The SNC serves stakeholders: residents, business owners and
those who work in Sylmar.
Client Objective:
The Sylmar Neighborhood Council had been organized for some time
with a functioning website when they contact us for assistance.
They were looking for a site with a cleaner look that would be
easier to use. They liked the layout of the
PRNC.org site, but wanted to
add more images of their community, including the El Cariso golf
course, hang gliding, Nethercutt Museum, Mission College, the
Cascades and the horse community.
They were equally intrigued by our approach to site
maintenance. The board is all volunteer with no
time for the details of website maintenance. Our
