Prior to the session we work with you to define
the session objectives, participants and necessary data. We
facilitate the session and document the outcome. At the
conclusion of the session the participants present the
recommendations to your designated sponsor who will revise or
approve them on the spot. The outcome is a specific, time-based
action plan to implement the recommended actions.
