Board Meeting

The next executive session meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2009.  The meeting starts at @ 6:30 p.m. at Ross Morgan.
 

Coyotes Seen At Promenade
The Board wants you to know that coyotes have been seen all over Porter Ranch including right here in the Promenade. Please be mindful of your pets when they are outside, as many have become coyote "snacks".
 

Parking

Residents have expressed concern about street parking. Please be aware that residents who have two cars are required to park them in the garage. Parking your car on the street may result in tickets and penalties being applied to your account. Visitors must display their parking pass on the dashboard.
 
Mailboxes


Please be advised that parking in front of the mailboxes is strictly prohibited. Management has
been receiving several complaints. All residents within the community are urged to use their
personal garage for parking their vehicles. Your cooperation with this matter is greatly appreciated.
 
 
 

The Board proudly announces that new pool furniture has recently been purchased for the Community. The new look is absolutely breathtaking. We would like to extend a special thank you to Ruth Rhodes and Roberta Cohen for all of their efforts.

Please take extra care with the new furniture. Please cover the furniture with a towel when using sunbathing products.
